Role overview
You will make customers successful—from onboarding to expansion—ensuring they see real productivity gains and stay long-term.
Responsibilities
Own onboarding, training, and adoption plans for customers.
Track health metrics and proactively prevent churn.
Collect feedback and work with product to close gaps.
Build playbooks, help content, and scalable support processes.
Identify upsell/expansion opportunities based on usage and value delivered.
Requirements
Experience in SaaS customer success/support with strong customer empathy.
Ability to communicate clearly, run calls, and manage multiple accounts.
Process mindset: documentation, playbooks, and measurable outcomes.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Nice to have
Experience with mobile-first products and AI features.
