Role overview
You will run day-to-day HR operations while helping build a strong culture in a fast-moving product company.
Responsibilities
Manage hiring coordination and interview scheduling.
Drive onboarding/offboarding and maintain HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave policies, employee queries, and compliance basics.
Support performance cycles and engagement activities.
Maintain HRIS/spreadsheets with accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
Prior HR operations experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, coordination, and confidentiality.
Solid understanding of HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience of 3 years to 6 years.
Nice to have
Experience supporting tech hiring and employer branding.
