Role overview
You will own performance and growth across paid + organic channels, helping REMI8 AI scale installs and conversions while building a strong brand.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads where relevant).
Drive app growth metrics: CPI, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, retention quality.
Improve funnel: landing pages, creatives, onboarding touchpoints, remarketing.
Coordinate with creators/UGC and iterate fast on ad angles and hooks.
Own reporting: weekly growth insights, experiments, and learnings.
Requirements
Proven experience running paid acquisition campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Strong analytics mindset and comfort with attribution, pixels/SDK events.
Ability to create and brief creatives: scripts, storyboards, ad variations.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Nice to have
ASO experience, lifecycle marketing (email/push), influencer partnerships.
