Role overview

You will make customers successful—from onboarding to expansion—ensuring they see real productivity gains and stay long-term.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding, training, and adoption plans for customers.

  • Track health metrics and proactively prevent churn.

  • Collect feedback and work with product to close gaps.

  • Build playbooks, help content, and scalable support processes.

  • Identify upsell/expansion opportunities based on usage and value delivered.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS customer success/support with strong customer empathy.

  • Ability to communicate clearly, run calls, and manage multiple accounts.

  • Process mindset: documentation, playbooks, and measurable outcomes.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with mobile-first products and AI features.
